I, Suresh Chand Jain, would like to complain against the agent/company and in turn against your company about
1) Misguided me to buy Prudential Partners products.
2) Did not signed any form from Prudential Partners, money was debited from my account and product has been issued with my name.
In last January 2013 I got a call from kaniska Sharma, Mobile number (65991522, 08802311837, 9958422506) saying they are from Prudential Partners and saying that your Lapsed Birla sunlife policy premium will be recovered but I’ll not get this amount directly to my account. What I need to do is to do some investment in Prudential Partners products for amount Rs 35000. These products will be actually for 3 years. But Due to special permission your products will be for only 3 months locking period and I need to pay Rs 35000 then I can withdraw the amount which will be around Rs 35000 + Rs 50000 (Prudential Partners products + Recovered Birla sunlife policy amount). Over and above that they committed that after this investment you will be eligible for loan of upto 8 laces with 6 % interest rate.
I trusted them and went ahead with the Products. Then one meeting has been scheduled at my place and I have provided two cheques (Rs. 15000 + 20000) and Lapsed Birla sunlife policy details to Prudential Partners executive and they told me in next 2-3 days you have to come to Prudential Partners office for sign application form and complete other formalities.
Then money was debited from my account in favour of “Prudential Partners” as soon as I handed over the cheque. However I have not signed any application form or have not provided any identity proof and two products have been issue with my name.

After that my father keeps on writing letter to the company but he did not get any reply from the company. I have all the complaint copies with me and I have called Prudential Partners customer care (1800 102 7612) several times for cancellation of products and refund my money but we did not get any solution from Prudential Partners. They told us to continue with the product and keep deposing the same amount for continuous three years otherwise money will be forfeited by company.
Can anybody help my father to get back his money? Otherwise, we have no other option except going to consumer forum or court.
