I am Rajanikant Sahoo from Maharashtra. I am a government employee. My problem is on 04 Oct 2014, I ordered a samsung galaxy S5 from eBay India whose cost was Rs 32980/-. And there was no option of cash on delivery. So I paid them the mentioned amount through my debit card of pnb bank whose account no is 1729000400453555. The amount got deducted at that moment. And I got d mail from eBay that my order got successfully registered. But after 2 days I got the mail that the order got rejected by them. I called them on their customer support bt they told me that they have not received any payment may be due to some technical problem nd I have to contact pnb bank for refund. I contacted my concerned branch but they also told that they haven’t the amount with them. So plz help me what I have to do in this situation.
