On 17 July 2014 a person by name of Abhishek Pandey approached me to register me to enlist on their site of Just Dial for a sum of Rs.3371 for three months .On susequent day I got a email to the effect that my contract included auto renewal every month after a gao of three months.I strongly objected to it and made several calls to them telling them that the contract was got signed by Mr. Abhishek through fraudulent info and I do not Want any renewal after 3 months.After long persuation I got an email from Just Dial on 26.7.2014 that my complaint has been resolved (ticket no. 401768) .Much to my consternation A sum of Rs.1174 has now been deducted from my account and the company has again put me on the same loop.I demand an immediate refund of the additional sum of Rs.1174 if not an additional penalty amount of Rs.10000.for the tough time they are giving me.This should instill fear in their mind so as to not to fleece small retailers.
