I have participated in BigAdda’s Dhamaka Deal offer for ‘iPad Mini’ on the 25th of March, 2013. For participating one needs to make a payment of Rs. 99/-. There is a lucky draw, only one person wins the iPad Mini and the rest of the people get a refund of Rs. 99/- in the form of a Gift Voucher in your BigAdda account which can only be redeemed on their website.
I haven’t received ANY notification from them regarding the Announcement of the Winner nor about the refund.
I’ve called them several times since 11th April, 2013 and haven’t got any concrete response. They asked me to mail the complaint to their email address ‘[email protected]’ and assured me of receiving the Refund Gift Voucher within the next 24 Hrs. I didn’t received ANY response here again! I’ve mailed them repeatedly and daily till the 16th of April, 2013. And today, their phones are engaged (can’t connect). This seems to be a total fraud company since I’ve come across many similar cases online. Please help.
