I m bulbul shrivastava from bhopal, i bought a micromax canvas 2 cellphone from a local dealer.it got damaged last week, whe i went to service centre , they said i have to buy a complete parts,but my only outer panel is damaged. but they r demanding to buy complete parts of rs 4200 for small damage of panel,whose cost would be rs 200
