Cruzemart is a fraud Company. First of all one person called me up and asked to open website then he asked to select whatever I want so I chose one watch. He told me that there is a special offer for customers to increase their sales. So he told me that for sure you will win one of the things ( 42″ Sony led tv or Hp laptop or iphone8 plus). After placing the order he asked to pay via jd pay. After the successful payment he asked me to wait so that he can transfer the call to gift department. After keeping me on hold he said his so called gift department is busy with other customers, said I will receive call in next 24 hours. Very next day I received call from gift department saying that I won iPhone 8 plus he asked me after getting my gift I have to pass this msg to my family, friends n relatives. Then he introduced GST asked me to pay 18℅ GST amount of that phone which he said is refundable after successful delivery. As soon as I heard this I thot it is a fraud Company. Asked to ship my purchased item he refused that also said gift and purchased item will come together. Asked to cancel and refund my money he said he will call me but till today I dint receive any call.
