Firstly, the consultants here especially Deepika Makan is a complete fraud who promised a service and convinced me to sign up and for which I paid nearly Rs 15000 money.
Once I signed up, they they assigned relation officer Jyoti to my case who just keep sending me odd profiles. Even after complaints, they just sent me irrelevant profiles and also arranged fake conference calls so that could be safe in case anyone complaints about them. They have their perfect plan on how to cheat.
Secondly, I was not expecting them to find a perfect match but expected them to atleast respond to me. They stopped attending my calls. I called a couple of times to their customer service but they would never return my calls.
Its very disgraceful of a wedding company to cheat and I still wonder how this company is even allowed to run.
They are not even close to providing service what they promised. The least they could have done is answering my phone call which they never picked. I just want my refund back no matter what.
