fraud company

I have purchased a ubislate 7c+(edge) tablet of imei 911303700632942 on 17 sept 2013. It has coming problems frequently,so i sent it to company 2nd time on 8th march 2014. My registered ticket no is 0306mh16844. But now too i haven’t get it back. Plz help me.
