hi i m using airtel no 9878547385 nd complaint earlier evn that unnessary reduction in my balance is happening at name of internet usage although i m nt using on 19 june 2014 rs 160 ws reducted nd nxt day when i recharged my no . Again whole balance ws reducted 4 same usage of net in ngt although my phn ws off 4 whole ngt so hw thats possible so i would like airtel 2 check error nd refund my balance
