Fraud & Cheaters

Dear HDFC,

I must say that you guys have a pathetic customer care service, Your call centre people are bull shut & you guys have pathetic statf, your customer care staff is not trained & even they are not trying to help the customer, no supervisor is trying to come online & trying to resolve my query.

Please note that i have been dealing with HDFC from last 2 years & i have been given 2 loans from HDFC one is car loan which i am paying from last 2 years & recently i took a personal loan & have paid one istallement for the same, After the approval of personal loan i got a call from the bank that i am eligible to get a credit card & i need to fill the form and i will get the credit card in next 15 days, now i am checking the status and its saying diisapproved , i wanted to know in which basis you have dis approved my request, i am trying to check from your call centre but they are unable to check the same & neither supervisor is trying to come online..

I will ensure that this message goes to all my friends and they stop dealing with you guy.
