one day i received call from Kiosl tel solution pvt ltd from Mohan estatse that sir do yo want to take aircel postpaid connection, i said yes then they told me that you have to submit 250 rs and this will be refund in your second bill confirm,now at that time they are saying that this will not adjust in second bill they will refund after closing ur sim.so thay are telling a lie for his customer to sell the sims.it means it is fraud with us ,how we will believe on this.kindly provide the solution for this
