I have noticed that from the last few months Vodafone is billing me some extra download charges. I have opted to new youth plan of 399 with unlimited internet. I have complained to them but in vain. My Vodafone mobile no. Is 8052059666. I have also talked to customer care but they are of no use they are unable to justify the charges and are just saying that you have downloaded the items and you have to pay ,Inpite of me telling them that I have not downloaded any such file they kept on repeating the same. I also saw that many people have complained against vodafone on many different consumer complaint forums. The charges & download details are as follows:
10/6/14 22:7:56 hello1_ tvallsouth Rs 30.
20/6/14 8:41:46 animation download. Rs 15
17/8/14 2:12:24 shot format_java game_3 Rs 99
17/8/14 5:43:40 handy go_java game_3 Rs 30
Total fraud charges=174 Rs
Please revert these extra charges and take some strict actions against vodafone so that it may not dare to cheat any other customer like this in future. Please do something fast..
