I have purchased some tiles for my interiors from NAVYUG CERAMICS,THANE WEST
While purchasing i have been told that if any sealed pack box consisting Tiles remains, it will be taken back and money will refunded.
But unfortunately now when I go , the dealer(NAVYUG CERAMICS,THANE WEST,MUMBAI) is arrogant and has refused to take back it saying the company(ITACA CERAMIC PVT.LTD.,GUJARAT) will not accept this.
I am in soup right now .
Kindly provide your valuable solution for this so that I get my money refunded.
