Hi,
I become victim for overcharging by the service provider I have subscribed for 3G Unlimited data plan even they have charged for Rs. 259/– + taxes for downloading from ‘deals_mydala_99′ & ‘myplex_ap_100′ & ‘hello1_tvallsouth’ for downloading a stuff which I had never downloaded.When I called their Customer Forum for explaination they had no proper explaination and replied that the charges are for accessing some chargeable sites which was not explainable. I also lodged one complain for the same which was replied by nodel office Pooja Jadhav, Nodal Office that nothing is wrong.
The same is continue for the month of Sept also and charged Rs. 50/- in the name of download.
