I have purchased a htc desire 620g from snapdeal .my cell phone and headphone Is not working properly ..so I had gone in htc service center they told me that they won’t take my cell phone.. because I have purchased it online.. then i contacted to snapdeal they didnt gave me proper resolution… snapdeal customer care told me that they will update me after 48 hours but.. there is not any update from there end.. always i have to call them… and waste my money… yes there customer care number is not toll free… they never give the reply of email…. when i call them they send me an email we have forwarded your request for any other query reply us on this email id we will update you within 48 hours… when i reply them there is not any reply from there end. I have waited more than 48 hours.. it doesn’t happened once . It happened many times.. each and every time they didnt gave me the reply of my mails….and htc service center people is also very rude.. he told me that go and file a case against me… do what you want to do i m not going to take your cell…
