Duplicate & non working products

I had purchased Sony 10000 Mah Power Bank OEM for Rs. 999/- on 2nd April 2015 and it is delivered on 13th April 2015. The moment I opened the pack i realised that it is duplicate product not the originalsony product. I’ve also tried to charge my phone with it but it is not working. Therefore i’ve sent mail to [email protected] (as the they stated in return process in their website) to return the product on the same day (i.e. 13-04-2015), wherein there is no reponse form their end till today.

I’ve been doing online purchases in other e-commerce sites, but never faced a situation like sofar.
