Capquest research, is a fraud company and always loots the public by way of giving false call. This company claims for providing accurate tips for trading. But it is not true. They give poor calls which always results in huge loss.Recently I suffered huge loss on trading upon their advise on TITAN, KSCL, BANK OF BARODA, DISH TV, BPCL
Hence such companys should be banned so that we poor fellows saves the hard earned money.

Exactly a year ago I was trapped by CAPQUESTRESEARCH into taking their service. Around 15 Aug 2015, I got a call from Mr Shubam Singh to take up their service. I checked their website and found the company to be just FIVE months old yet they claimed to be INDIA’s best equity research company. Sadly Mr Shubam did not have even an official email ID. He asked me to communicate with another person.
I raised my doubts to them but they said check the data displayed on their website. Little did I realize that it was all fudged up. Taking figures from daily trades & posting them as their calls.
I will later post details of all their trading calls to prove that they have been fooling people.
But first things first.
The company didn’t have SEBI registration & same is not yet available on their web site.
There is no log in facility for clients where they can check the reports of their calls.
Online chat facility is primitive. Most often they don’t reply.
But, I keep getting messages from them to take up their packages.
They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE link where customers can file complaints. They do not reply to mails as not a single complaint lodged by email has been replied to. Telephone calls are not attended. Only few times they pick up phone by ,istake & then promise to get back in a few minutes but no one gets back.
They do not have any COMPLIANCE OFFICER as desired by SEBI.
Worst is that this company has been promoted by Mr Gitesh who was working with a fraud company called HBJ CAPITAL, which has been banned. When I questioned him about this he flatly denied but I had proof which I dis regarded and gave him benefit of doubt.
Now after one year with them & having paid Rs.50,000/- as fees I have suffered a loss of nearly TWO lacs. The reasons they give for not communicating are “I went abroad, I was busy with family issues” etc.
In my next complaint I will list out all trades carried out. I have saved all their messages & mails as proof of their incompetence.
Let this be a warning to all investors who wish to deal with such companies.
