fraud by the finance company

i have applied for prime minister employment generation scheme through a agency called anjani finance located at rani bagh, new delhi, at the begining i was informed that u should not pay any things to us before the loan has been sanctioned, if the loan will be succesfully sanctioned than u should pay our 2% commission legally,then i asked will u give me legal receipt for me for the payment they told yes,then i accepted and i sent them all my documents copy,after 5 days they called me and told you should pay 4600 r.s for the loan verification process then i asked them that u will give me receipt or not they told u deposit it on our account no. then u will get the deposited slip from the bank then deposited the 4600 r.s on their account, after 1 week i got a call from anjani finance,they told that ur loan has been passed u should pay us 50000 r.s then only ur loan verified by our agents through ur bank on which u r having account on it , i asked them u told that i should not pay any ammount before the cheque has been pass then now why ur asking me for money they told that we r not having much timings to tell all the details to our customers,then they also told that u can pay 30000 r.s now and 20000 r.s we will deduct it from our cheque but u will not get any receipt or slip for it, then i told i dont have enough money to give so i dont want this loan and u give my deposited money back, then they are saying that the money once received will not given back by us,they r not giving my money return, i have the deposited slip with me.
