i have purchased a Sony Mobile phone on 10th June 12 by making full advance payment of Rs 14500 and as promised delivery of product within 15 working days. Bit till today even after 21 days I have not received my order. No reply to written complaint to there customer care. Also while calling them on customer care always a same answer that your compalint has been forwarded to back end and they canny porvide any more info. Seems to be fraund webiste who is cheating people by offering discounts and not deleivering product at all. Please take this matter very seriously and help to unearth another online scam by this company
