False Convincing to sell a Digital TV connection by a Salesperson.

We subscribed to the new Reliance Digital DTH connection via two salesperson who came on behalf of Appco Marketing Pvt ltd. They told us that the digitising laws of television are going to apply for all the cities with effect from 1st july, 2012. But searching rigorously over the internet, I found that the law are going to be in effect only in the metro cities i.e. Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata. So even after repeatedly asking them whether these laws are confirmed or not, they pursuaded us with those statements and sold their product. Had it been known earlier, I would have never accepted their offer. Soliciting your kind response. Thank you.
