On dated 12-07-2015 at 10.40 AM, I made online order for some Grocery items with Needs Supermarket and made payment of Rs. 1661/- through netbanking. Payment of Rs. 1661/- had been deducted from my saving account in SBI, Rail Bhawan, New Delhi and this was also confirmed by Citrus Pay through them above payment was transferred to Needs Supermarket. Citrus Pay vide their mail dated 12-07-2015 at 10.44 AM has advised me that “Thank you for your order with Needs The Super Market” and Merchant order no. 14637, Citrus Reference Number 051523102341078 was mentioned vide which above payment was transferred to Needs Supermarket by Citrus Pay.
However, despite my repeated requests to Needs Supermarket on their Customer Service no.1800-274-4515 and mails, Needs Supermarket has neither confirmed/placed my order nor refunded my above amount even lapse of more than 13 days. I also mailed to Citrus Pay for taking the issue with Needs Supermarket as my payment was transferred through them to Needs Supermarket and they given me Merchant Order No. and Transaction Reference No. Citrus Pay vide their emails dated 12-07-2015 at 2.13 PM, dated 14-07-2015 at 4.49 PM and dated 20-07-2015 has again confirmed me that my above transaction was successful and my above payment was transferred to Needs Supermarket successfully by them.
Despite re-initiating this issue by Citrus with Needs Supermarket, I have not received my order or my refund of amount from Needs Supermarket. I have also not received any response on this issue from Needs Supermarket.
