Fraud By Aviva Life Insurance

Name of company/service: Aviva Life Insurance

I am Pankaj Mishra was paying premium to Aviva Life Insurance having Policy No:-WLG1745948 from past 1 year i have not paid 3 premiums so the Aviva Life insurance they have auto closed my policy without any notification/information my total premimum paid to Aviva is 87,500/- after settlemt they have only given a payment of 25,000/- only. I would like to logde a complaint against the company as well as the agent for making false promises

  2. Take the money and go home. It is a designed fraud . the proposal they will come up would be like you giving more money and getting nothing anyway.

    It is not a question of you getting only 25000.rest of money was eaten the day you paid buddy. when money has been splurged – how will you get back. want to be expert and try answers like policy features.

    It all written on the walls. sadly we have irda to service aviva.

    a fraud tell very badly on your health and your life. try forget and move on. hard to do so but aks forgiveness for them and for yourselves because in the end you paid to be cheated.

We would like to inform you that as per the terms and conditions of your policy, in case the surrender value of your policy falls below an amount equivalent to one years’ premium, your policy shall automatically terminate and the surrender value will be paid to you.

    Your policy was Autofore closed on 24.07.2012 and the cheque was dispatched to your correspondence address. We have mailed the details to you.

    In case you have not encashed the autofore closure cheque and wish to re-instate the policy, please get in touch with the nearest branch.

PAY BACK THE MONEY BECAUSE SOMETHING HAPPENDED THAT ENSURED HE WAS UNAWARE THAT HIS MONEY WILL BE LOST FOREVEN IN YOU LEGAL DOCUMENTS, ANY FOR GOD SAKE – YOU ALL WOULD HAVE A NAME.
