Fraud By Antriksh group and Easycapital De;hi

Hi,

I want to complaint against Antriksh Builder in Noida, Easycapital Delhi (DSA-Axis Bank) and Finlace Consulting (Innovions consulting pvt. Ltd).
I booked my flat in Flexi Plan with Antriksh Kanball 3G in sector 77, Noida (http://www.antrikshgroup.com) in March 2012 with the help of broker Finlace Consulting NOIDA. With-in the same week, after booking the flat, I got a call from Mayank Mehra-easycapital Delhi dsa to get the loan from AXIS Bank. I handover all the papers to him and my loan get sanctioned on 7-April-2012.However bank sanctioned the loan in CLP plan (not in Flexi as per the paper provided to him). After repeated call from my side, easycaptial address the issue and told me they don’t have agreement on Flexi-plan between bank and builder.After 2-3 months Builder and Axis Bank get mutually agreed internally and converted my plan from FLEXI to CLP without being notifying me on July 2012 and Bank dsa told me he has settled the case with builder with no extra cost.

Now a month back (in March 2013) when I asked for NOC to sale my flat, builder told me to pay 50000/- Rs as interest amount for delay in payment. Where actually it was fault by builder and Bank.

It’s now almost a month, I keep on asking the Builder to revert back the interest charge but neither the easy capital Delhi Axis bank dsa, nor Mr. Rakesh Yadav (Antriksh Builder)taking the issue seriously and they keep on asking me to pay the interest amount as it is my fault for delay in payment.

Builder told me to contact Bank or Finlace Consulting (Innovions consulting pvt. Ltd). Axis Bank is not attending me. Finlace Consulting (Innovions consulting pvt. Ltd) asking me to contact Mr. Rakesh Yadav (Antriksh Builder). Mr. Yadav has no time to attend the comman man.So, to sell my flat, I have to bear the interest with no fault from my side.

    hello,

    i am completely disagree to mr prasant , because i have a flat is antriksh and i am living in sector-50 noida. if we delayed in payment then naturaly we pay interest for them and antriksh approved by all the banks and it has a reputation in the market, i hope in greedy of money mr prasant written all the wrong things regarding company.
    so i request to you mr prasant be careful about wrong blaming.

    Could you please share with me details of Mr.Rakesh Yadav

    We booked in Antriksh forest noida
    and they are not ready to start the penality instead they say they will adjust in other way at time of registration but customer has to pay all the stamp duty
    i am feeling cheated

    mr prashant you problem is with bank not with a broker so called finlace consulting . i also booked flat in antriksh but they are true with customer and many people are satisfied with them ,eve my frends are also satisifed …you should blame bank…

    did the builder deliver the project on time.
    Same with me, my project is almost 2 and half year late.
    Still Antriksh needs 2.4 lacs interest for delayed payments.
    NONE OF MY DEMAND LETTERS STATED THIS AMOUNT, EVEN ON THE FINAL
    PAYMENT LETTER HAS NO MENTION OF THIS AMOUNT.
    They charge only at the time of noc just to blackmail.
    If the project is 2.5 yrs late so why they need all the payments on time.

    Hi,

    As per my experience with Antriksh group, it is the best group.
    I booked a flat in antriksh urban greek, lzone, delhi & cancel it after 2 months due to some financial issue. I gave the application for cancellation & they confirmed that the refund will come within 10 days. I got the refund within 10 days without any deduction.
    I heard the new about some other builders where people go to their offices multiple times & they do not get the refund on time.
    So I would say Antriksh group is the best builder as per my experience.

    I Want to Know from above peoples is this is also wrong for their God?????
    I am writing this letter in continuation with referencing my past letters sent to you through post and email, as I came to know from my Bank that all Loan amount disbursement related to Antriksh Group are put on hold and stooped as the group had not paid amount dues to NOIDA authority,

    “Regarding this provide me the scanned copy of Payment Slip done to NOIDA authority by Antriksh Kanball Group in this regards as proof”.

    Provide me clarification on this why you are sending demand letters to customers without clearing all your dues with NOIDA authority this is really reflecting a bad reputation in market for “PERFECT PROBUILD PVT LTD” and itself for Antriksh Kanball Group with associated banks.
    Now bank is not doing any disbursement further until your dues with NOIDA Authority is not cleared and as proof until scanned payment SLIP is not shown to them for any new disbursement for any property.

    This builder’s repo is not good . We have cheated by this builder at Indrapuram , NH-24 site. Builder’s commitment to handover flats in 2014 but from 2015 all the construction work has been stopped at this site and so many times people (buyers) try to meet the owner of this builder Mr.Rakesh Yadav , they deniyed every time .
    Without any proper approval from GDA he just sold the up-coming project.

    I, Animesh Ranjan, had booked a flat in upcoming project of Antriksh named GOLD and deposited a cheque of 2 lakhs (Kotak Mahindra Bank cheque no. 000057 dated 25th November 2014). It was taken through Anil Chauhan of Antriksh. After one year I got to know that the project is not approved. I, therefore, requested Anil Chauhan repeatedly by email and phone to refund my deposit amount with cheque bearing my name. Now it’s 18 months over and I am still to get any sort of reply from him. Even I included anriksh customer service email i.e. [email protected] but no reply. Now I am mentally harassed and don’t know what to do and how to get my money back.

    I have also booked a 2 BHK Flats in Antriksh Group Project located at NH-24 and we have made a whatsapp group because we all are cheated by this builder. Now the time to come on same platform from all Antriksh related projects buyers . If we all can united we can make pressure on this group.

    They have team of Cheaters, there is a person NAMED SARFARAZ in Antriksh Golf view 1, who sells flats to Muslims in the name of religion and makes fool of them. Be aware of such religious frauds.

    Dear @VIVEK TRIVEDI I have also invested in Antriksh Urban Greek project through SquareYards in april-2015. There is no progress on the project and there is no response from Antriksh on the project status and refund of money paid. Let me know if your issue is resolved? or you have taken any action?

    Please advise, the project Diamond Multi CGHS affordable housing under master plan 2021 is fake / fraud. Because I have already invested in that and now no response from their channel partner Nivesh Global. I have visited their but office is closed since last 20-25 days.
    Pls reply me if anyone has any idea on that. Or let me know if I can join the group of person who have already filed the complaint against Antariksh Group and Nivesh Global
