complaint against hitachi a/c

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: ganaur&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: hitachi</p>Sir i made a complaint of my A/C on 16.4.13.They told me that ur A/C will be checked by technician with in 48 hours.now the given time is over and no body came till now.what a joke.u have made me a fool .now tell me what to do.summer is on head and my family have to face it with a A/C of hitachi which is out of order.
