Fraud by a shop, they gave me duplicate window

my complain is -the shop selling the laptops but it loads the duplicate windows system,.after using some days the windows replied that -This window is not genuine.now my loss is i cant use a original window.they input the duplicate window in to the coustmers laptop or desktop.please stop this.i have lost my money 28;000
