sir i am p.s.v durga prasad. my tata docomo account number:917616733 (mobile number: 9966451423) i am a vodafone prepaid customer due to network problems i have ported to tata docomo on the month of oct-2012 i asked them for prepaid but they forcefully gave me and convienced me for postpaid. my bill plan is 199 shakthi. it gives me default of 512mb of data. but i requested for another 512mb of usage of plan 50rs. they have activated it. already by that day i have port request, but i dont know why it got failed. again on 16th i requested for port. i gave my details to my portout idea company. on 22nd i ported out from tata to idea. on 5th i got a bill of 6165/-. i was shocked to see that. i asked to customer care why this much amount is billed for me. they told all the billing details are correct. and also on the first day when i port into tata docomo i asked them to make my connection discontinue if i cross my credit limit. they told me that your credit limit is 1300/- i told them i cant pay 1300 so make it as 600/- they told me we will activate it. default 512mb+additional gprs plan of 512 =1gb data is activated for my account. but i dont know why i got 6165rs as bill.. i expected the amount of around 300rs but i dont know how it occured. i asked on th firs day to customer care that please disconnect or make me avoid outgoing services barred. but they simply gave me the bill of 6165/- due to communication problem i am unable to explain the incident properly but i am very tensed to pay thhat much huge amount. i am a student so thats why keeping all the finacial status in mind on the first day i asked them to keep my connection barring if cross 600 amount. due to this i am unable to do any work, always thinking of that situation that if complusory how to pay that money? really to say i am unable to sleep also. where ever i go or whatever i am doing iam just thinking about this issue only? so please do something for my problem. when we enter to some service provider they simply give wrong suggestions but when we are leaving thay use to give a huge amount of bill. i am telugu person thats the reason i am unable explain you clearly. so please provide me justice. if it is manidatory to pay the amount please give an option of payng the amount in montly basics( divide the amount into 12 months ) then i will pay the amount in monthly equal amount for 12months. please my financial backgound is too poor and the most of my family income goes to medical aid and for my studies. so this much amount of 6165 is really a big task for us. i am not saying that i have used wrongly. i have activated 1gb overall. among that also i have been charged dfault charges. so please provide what to do>? thanking you sir -durga prasad
