I am using vodafone postpaid no : +91 9999331177. In this month July bill vodafone changed me extra money. I have checked my bill and found downloaded charges total Rs. 129/- for below items:-
hello1_tvallsouth_ Rs. 30
hello1_tvallsouth_ Rs. 99
On my previous June bill they had also charges Rs. 99 for deals_mydala_99. I have called to vodafone but they don’t have answered for explanation same. I have never downloaded the same. Vodafone is cheating to customer. I have checked the consumercomplaints.in website and many peoples are complaining for same. It’s fake bill.
I am requesting vodafone to refund this amount from my bill asap.
Vodafone total charged extra : Rs. 129 (Current bill) + previous bill (Rs.99) = Total Bill = Rs.228/-
