excess billing against faulty meter reading

We r devastated to get an electricity bill of rs 6000 for July 14 n rs 3000 for the month of Aug 14,,, inspite of repeated visits to the mseb off which isn’t worth goin Claus of quality of staff recruited our complaint is not resolved in a span of 30 yrs never our residential bill has come to these limits..n Da people who make these bills r really insensitive like da people who sit in their office..if they think meter is faulty they held come n check n den make Da bills. Please help against these mal practices n harassing citizens
