I, Samudrala Subrahmanyam from Hyderabad, am lodging a complaint against Aircel India for their fraud and non-payment of my refund. I recharged my mobile with 50Rs recharge on 28th January 2013 and with a 1-day internet pack of 7Rs on 29th january 2013. Even though I didn’t use any data, I have been charged 50Rs for data usage. More over, I have my internet pack which gives unlimited internet usage. I called the helpdesk of the company to register my complaint, but the company’s representatives were not at all helpful. I tried to inform them of my inconvinience but they didn’t respond to my calls. My mobile number is 9700856197. I would request you to take suitable action against them for cheating.
