I booked a A/C Seater/ Sleeper ticket on redbus for my journey on 10 November 2020, the ticket was from jodhpur to mehandi pur balaji, but the driver dropped me in jaipur and made me sit in some local bus which was without A/C without Sleeper basically it was a simple seater bus. When I raised a complaint the response was you do whatever you want to do we will not refund you the amount of AC Sleeper ticket.
I have the call recording as a proof and you are the only hope for me in this situation.
I request you to please help me in this situation.
