I have ordered for a mobile phone samsung galaxy s9+ from airtel online store on 31st of may. The phone was supposed to get delivered by 4th june . I was receiving messages for out of deliverely since 2nd june but always failed to attempt so after calling airtel customer care on 4th may . One of the customer care executive informed me that my phone wont get delivered untill unless i get my phone no. Changed to postpaid from prepaid , because of my no is prepaid my phone is not getting delivered . I rushed to airtel store to port my no to get delivery asap , store people also gave me same info that my phone will be delivered after getting it port so finally it was done 1hr ago now delivery guy from airtel arrived and there senior Mr. Vivek misbehaved that for postpaid number they wont deliver my phone now . After making me wait for 5 days and giving me hell troubles they thereself cancelled my order without solving my problem .
Airtel company is doing frauds using customer’s money for more then a longer time required also fooling them by converting there prepaid no to postpaid . They have cheated me took my money , dint delivered me the phone also convered my phone no to postpaid . Kindly help me resolving this fraud issues . All of the airtel Customer care people have cheated me by misguiding me
