Name of company/service: Tikona Wireless Broadband services
I have taken the internet service, from the day till now the service is so bad and due to this I have raised complaint several times .But the Company never responded properly due to which I have raised for DISCONNECTION.But till date they have not responded.Its been harrass for me and my money also.After few days they replied with an email saying that you are not reachable and your settlement will be done from the day of disconnection till 45days.I have never seen such a company like this.
