On 07.08.2012 when it was raining , While going to office from residence (which is three kilometres away from my residence) ; to my utmost shock and surprise, the battery again became out of order and I had to face a lot of inconvenience on the road even for towing the vehicle to a nearby parking place. I became completely wet and could reach office in the afternoon and had to come back being too late.The next day i.e. on 08.08.2012, Mr. Sunil Chauvan (Mr. Sunil Chauvan is proprietor of ARV Motors in Bhopal who installed battery in my car on 22.04.2012) took the battery for check up and gave me a useless standby battery which stopped working after I travelled hardly one kilometer towards my home in the evening and again I had to face the same horrible experience on the road. Mr. Sunil Chauvan returned the battery after recharging it on 15.08.2012 and charged Rs .300/- . Sir, I had purchased a new battery and not an old battery which should be returned after recharging and that too after taking 300/- rupees while other shopkeepers take only Rs. 50/- for recharging the battery.
Sir, It is very shiocking that the new battery with 36 months warranty needs recharging. I doubt whether the battery is a genuine one or duplicate/fake one. I request that the company should immediately replace the defective battery with a new one so that I do not have to face horrible experience on the road or refund the price of battery i.e. Rs. 3,400/- along with Rs. 5,000/-ompensation for the horrible experience/ troubles faced by me on the road both on .07.08.2012 and 08.08.2012 and also for not being able to attend the office. Besides, Rs. 300/- charged from me by Mr. Sunil Chauvan is nothing but daylight robbery.

Sir,
I purchased one “Amaron” Battery on 22nd April 2012 from M/s Hi-Tech Automobiles (Franchisee for Amara Raja Batteries Ltd.), 4-Neelam Colony, Near Lily Talkies, Bhopal vide Bill no. 300 for Rs. 3400/- with 36 months warranty but to my utmost surprise and shock the battery is defective as it stopped working after one week. Such type of product was not expected even in dreams from a reputed company like Amara Raja Batteries. The above battery was installed in my car by Mr. Sunil Chavan (Mob. 09826713433) sent by Mr. Manoj ( Mob. 09826061261) of M/s Hi-Tech Automobiles. I have also not been issued any separate cash Memo/receipt for the above battery by M/s Hi-Tech Automobiles or by Mr. Sunil Chavan till date despite my several requests for the same. Of course, I was issued Warranty Card on the same date of installation. I have also brought this defect to the notice of Mr. Sunil chavan who has assured me to replace the defective battery. I tried several times to contact Mr. Manoj also but in vain.
Now, I request you to kindly Iook into the matter immediately, replace the defective battery and ensure that such things do not happen in future with anyone else.
