Name of company/service: Snapdeal

I got a speaker from snapdeal .my order id and complaint number.
speaker had not worked properly.then i call and he received product from my residence and they told me i will give you next information about ur product in 20hour.But 5 days has been completed and i don’t got any information about my product.i have been called him so many times and they told me i will give u information. snap deal executive talk to me like i have done done big mistake.and there is no chance to back my money or product.
