Balance Deduct From Talktime

Name of company/service: vodafone

Dear Sir /Madam
I recharge Rs.99/-for 1GB internet on-line on 16-07-2012 on next day i log in my Facebook account after few minute i got a text from Vodafone saying that my talk time balance Rs.41/-deducted from my account.
I called in Vodafone many time till today & i am getting many reason for deduction.
On 20-07-2012 Vodafone executive said that by o’clock they will refund my money but till today when i called again they are saying that they will not refund that money.
Dear sir request you to look in this matter as Vodafone cheating many customer like this it is not matter of Rs..41/- but its matter of how much Vodafone cheating to customer.
