Hi,
I had purchased a DELL XCD 35 Mobile Phone on 01/10/2011 and it gave a problem of Lock button. The Cell got a physical damage on display and not on lock button. Dell is reusing to repait the lock button, saying that the mobiles are not repaired but replaced and your Warranty is Void, When shown at a Service Center in ShvajiNagar, They say that Cell is dead and are charging Rs 6000 for the Repair saying Warranty Void, whereas the phone is in working condition. Please let me know what can be done
