Fraud

I had ordered, Decorative Ceiling Lamp from Amazon dated 11th Apr17 and Order No. 40587489206251526, and order come through Speed post there was no Amazon packaging on the order, i had returned the product after few days received the call from Seller G Gojeeva was trying to deliver i asked him there was no bill and packaging of Amazon and i ask if dont like the product, can you return or not? that time seller said ok i will pick up the product and give you the refund on that note i said ok send me the product, product delivered on 28th April now there is quality and assembling issue with the item, raised return request, today 1st May received the call from Seller said, i have to courier the product after words they think for the refund, completely fraud few days back he was saying something else now the product delivered then he denied for the return pick up and refund. Its simply fraud they don’t want to return and refund my money, i do regularly shopping from Amazon, this is the first time i felt very bad experience, i will think again to shop Amazon. I want return and refund asap.
