I have purchased a Puma Shoe from Snapdeal on 18th March ,got delivered on 29th march, again replaced it 1st april due to quality issue,but replaced item got delivered on 7th april. Finally i returned the product on 10th april. I received a message from Snapdeal about confirmation of refund on 14th april. It’s been 15 day of confirmation i still did not received any refund,after several mail to Snapdeal customer service they are not at all interested to solve the issue.
