Name of company/service: Bharti Airtel
Rs. 232 has been deducted from my main account on the name of data usage even though 11mb was available in data usage account. On complaining the customer care executive gives the excuse that the data usage was above 11mb and so they deducted from main account. but it is clearly mentioned in the policy that amount will be deducted first from data plan and when it is over then from the main account
