BREACH OF CONTRACT BY HOTEL CELEBRATION

I booked 10 rooms in HOTEL CELEBRATION for dates 28-30 april 2013 by having paid a sum of 10,000/- on date 8/2/2013 after checking hotel facilities as agreed in verbal terms. I also paid another amount of 12,000/- on date 22/3/2013 as the second installment. But a few days later it came to my knowledge that the facilities offered by hotel in contract are no longer in service. when i contacted the hotel management staff, they refused to either provide the services or refund the advance amount of total 22,000/- . I request the consumer court to interfere in the matter and provide justice
