on april 28 a company employee called me asked me to change my number plan from prepaid to postpaid as it has many benefits he told me you can hold your account for month in which u do not want to use internet and you dont have to pay a rupee he charged me 100Rs for this and told that they will be credited into your account next month his name was manish and his no. is 8745885372 my number changed to postpsid on may 8 when i called the customer care to hold my account for 1 month they said there is not such service and we do not charge anything for plan change when i called him his no was switched off when i filed the complaint they said we cannot do anything when i again filed the complaint they told me whether or not you want you have to use photon at least for 3 months before changing it back to prepaid i told them i dont have any use of it in june and i m not going to pay for this month the man said ok pay for this month that is from 20 may to 19 june and company will pay for next month
that 20 june to 19 july his name was rahul and he said call me on 9717086377 and company will pay it now his no. is switched off from last 1 week and now company refused to file my complaint.
