did not get talktime

dear sir,i got an sms from tatadocomo that when i will recharge with 49 then my call rate will be 1 paise per 2 second and talktime of rs 25 within 48 hours validity 30 days. i recharged by 49 on 14th.i have called to tataddocomo four times , they are not providing my talktime and dont giving any clear solution.please help me.
