Hi,

I took a photon plus in wipro corporate Postpaid plan (9230512636).
These people tell that you will get a speed of 3.1 Mbps in all over india.
Now when i am travelling i am not even able to browse Gmail or google,when i called customer service desk
they told in bihar we are colsing postpaid so you will not get speed there. I just ask TATA Photon family,if it is like that
then why you tell people that you will get 3.1 Mbps speed all over india. Its not like i was using it at remote place,I was
using it in patna.

When i asked helpdesk to change my plan or discontinue my connection,they tell you will have to pay 1500rs for same.
I have not signed on any paper or it was not told me earlier,then why i need to pay 1500rs.

Please help.
