Charges with subscription

Name of company/service: BSNL

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am using BSNL services from past 3 years. I am receiving various companies offer messages on daily basis. Some of the messages only for informative but some of the messages are cutting my balance without reading the message.

I have two messages. Which showing this following number 588881005.
after receiving this message, Rs. 5 rupees cutting from my phone balance.

I don’t get any subscription or any services from BSNL. But i don’t know, why BSNL cutting these charges regularly.

Today, the same message received and cutting 5 rupees charges. This happens approx 4-5 times.

I was called to BSNL customer care last year but not get satisfy answer form them.

Please help me to resolve my problem.
