Dear sir,
I have placed purchase orders(no.:334 & 335) with a on line stores “ aajtakbazar.Com” for a Oral Spray and a Tooth Paste for my aged dog on 05.08.2014. The cost of the items Rs.335/- was paid through a credit card. I contacted the stores a week later on their mobile (+9199100 91121) which is available on the website. The receiver of my call gave me another mobile number and asked me to contact him. This person told me that one of the items ordered was not available and I had to wait for some time. After another week, I tried to contact the stores on the fixed line. The person who answered my call appeared to be peon/ watchman, told me that the boss would be available after 15 days.
Later on 30.08.2014, I received a mail from the stores asking for my Bank Account details to refund the amount paid by me. Suspecting some foul play, I did not provide my Bank account details. Instead , I requested them to send the amount through a Demand Draft. Till date, I have not received the items nor the amount paid by me.
On going through the contents of the website “aaztakbazar”, I found no details of the On line Store like, the addresses of Head Office, Customer Care Centre, etc.
It seems that this is a fake on line stores cheating the public.
I am providing the link address of the website. Please alert all the public about this site and , if possible, bring the culprits to Book.
