Forgery and Misleading Customer service

Name of company/service: Reliance Big TV

This is very disgusting when after repeated complaining Big TV customer service center my problem is not being attended. I came back to Kolkata and then recharged with Rs. 500/- as i was not getting any signal. I thought as i have not recharged let me do the same and then the problem will be solved, but it hasn’t. It was on 5th of March, 2013 i booked the first complaint over phone which was not attended, as such i booked another complain after 3-4 days which was again not attended (Complain no. – 199408279). None of the complains were not attended and till date i have made 3-4 complains more, latest being complain no. – 200128303, dated 18th of March. Further to it, i get a SMS from Big TV that my complain is closed and as such Rs. 175 has been deducted from my account. I dont understand how come it has been done, when nobody attended the complain. Now i am getting SMS again from Big TV that please recharge, why should i do the same if i am not able to view the channels because no service engineer came to solve the problem.

This is very unprofessional and very poor service Reliance Big TV has. I am bound to file a complain in consumer forum for the same for such nuisances. Can i get a speedy action on the same. i don’t want any other person being harrased and cheated like this.

Looking forward for a speedy action on the same soon, and punish the concerned person in Reliance Big TV.
