I am Dipak C.Chauhan from Ahmedabad..I have blue studio membership of Cambay family holiday club .Gandhinagr..Their representative cheat cheating with us..Last 2 years i complained to cambay manage r but no buddy give proper answer..before 1 month i wrote latter to Zarana but no reply,before 3 days i sending email but no reply..I send you which email send zarana..please read it then help me..

Nimesh and Jagbir representative of Cambay Sapphire, at Vejalpur cross road, A’ bad. They gave us this member ship. On that time they gave us many promises from cambay… Like…
*40% discount on food.
*Free side seen
*We provide Free ticket of event like Garaba etc.
*You can give your week any friends without any extra charge…
*All over India more than 100 property…
*At that time they saw us big room, 1 living room and 1 bed room and says “this is studio room and this type room available in every property”
But all are wrong promises No full fill any promise ….. At the Udaipur we planned for two days but we return one day because That Manager was very rude and gave us very third class room. We request for change room but he didn’t change. I wrote all complained in suggestion latter when we live hotel but I am sure no buddy officer had read that complain Because of laziness and Cambay need Money which we gave Advance .Cambay do not Interest in member facility.
At the member ship time no buddy explains about yearly maintenance. JAGBIR and NIMESH told us “No any hidden charges after paying membership amount.” and when I listen about maintenance I was shocked. Because extra 60 thousand burden ….
So I fill cheating in cambay…Very cheater representative…I lost my trust…
You write 5000 something amount for maintenance in our membership card…So you can’t take more at list 2to 3 years…
So my request that ‘I want to give you back my member ship and give my money back …if you want to cut 10 to 20% you can take it and rest of my money back… Or give me discount in Yearly maintenance…
I wrote latter to Zarana ben before 1month and explain all this thing but she couldn’t answer me ..I don’t know wich kind of your system …If you can’t help me, I want to go in consumer court…. Because I am so tired and 80000 thousand is not small amount for us… I have all promise written in your paper which is given by JAGBIR AND NIMESH (your representative) in their hand writing…
So my humble request please takes good action … and gives me good way…..
