I have bought a Ford (ZXI) Figo from Ganges Ford in last month (Sep’12), I would like to mention that I choose ZXI model due to its inbuilt music system which was impressed me during demonstration, but subsequently I found that the USB part is not as efficient as they claimed (2.0), even the USB port does not support a 8GB or more capacity pendrives. I have shown this problem to the specified service centre of Ford, their engineer has suggested to try some lower version of drives, but those drives are neither avaible in market nor I have, so I requested them to replace my system or fix the said issue, since they claimed that their system is compitable with USB 2.0. But now they are become comletely silent about this issue & getting no response from them.
