Forcfully caller tune and radio activation charge deduction

Name of company/service: BSNL Telcom

BSNL deducted caller tune and radio activation charges in my prepaid mobile without my knowledge and not refunding my money.

Admin thankx for oll ur adfrofs we r really thankfull to u.. as u see there r many asking for the TATA DOCOMO’s trick so plz try to find any trick for TATA DOCOMO (3G)..
