Courier has neither been delivered not returned yet

Dear Sir,

I couriered a very precious gift on 02/08/2010 to my Home Nawada, Bihar by Blazeflash couriers but neither it has been delivered yet not returned to me.

I contacted umpteen times to the centre but not getting satisfactory reply from. They only gave number to speak the Nodal agent of Nawada but all no was incorrect.

could you guide what severe action i can take against painful services provided by Blazeflash Courier.
